We want you to be happy with your purchase; if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help resolve the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for an exchange of equal value. Refunds are only permitted should the garment/size you are exchanging for is currently not available.
Canfitpro Customer Service must be notified within 14 days of original receiving date.
To start your exchange, email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your packing slip number (included with your shipment) and the items you would like to exchange along with the items you would like to replace them with. You will be issued a return authorization form with your return number.
- Put the items you’re returning in a shipping bag
- Include the original packing slip along with the Return Authorization form that was provided to you by customer service via email
- Give your package to your Club Administrator to ship through FedEx to the address below
